Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable. Unfortunately, we cannot re-issue lost vouchers, so please treat your Donovans gift voucher like cash and keep it in a secure place. Remember to bring your voucher with you when dining and provide the voucher number at the time of booking.
