Join Gail Donovan and the team at Donovans for a behind the scenes day in the life of a big, busy restaurant! Spend the morning in our kitchen chatting with our chefs about everything from receiving and prepping the ingredients to how the kitchen with a brigade of 22 operates. We’ll finish the kitchen tour with a cooking demonstration including a take home recipe.
Gail will chat about Donovans’ ever changing decor and share details of the day-to-day operations in the dining room, reservations office and our cellar of 600 wines. We will continue conversation, stories and questions with a feasting lunch in our Private Dining Room.
